This is one of the cutest outfits I’ve ever seen on a toddler. My 21 month old needed a costume for daycare and I wanted to do something a little different. This outfit was a huge hit. Good quality and she loved the skirt. It took some bribing for her to finally agree to take it off. I was nervous that it would be too small, but it fit her perfectly. As a guide, me daughter wears between a 3t and 4t (35 inches, 34 lbs), but we had no problem with the skirt. The elastic is good quality and will fit a wide range of waists from the slender to the not so slender (like my daughter). The skirt is on the longer side which wasn’t a problem for us because she’s so tall, but may be pretty long an a child not as tall.

This costume is absolutely perfect. Fits my tall 2.5 yr old perfect. She is 38 inches tall and has a small waist weighing 29lbs. The elastic waist band is smart so different size toddlers can fit the skirt. My daughter wears a size 8 in shoes and the socks fit perfect, so if your child has bigger feet than her the socks wont fit well.
