It is absolutely perfect. I was hesitant to buy it because the price is a bit higher then some of the other petticoats on amazon but we went for it anyway I figured the crinoline is the recommended petticoat for a poodle skirt & we wanted it poofy & that’s exactly what we got. Totally worth the price. My little girl is 5.5 yrs old, she wears some 5t clothing & a girls size XS or S (XS fitting her very well & S giving her room to grow) She’s about 41.5 inches tall, is about 42ish LBS, & her waist line is about 22.5-23 inches and the Small fit her absolutly perfectly. Her poodle skirt was actually a bit to big is in waist and the petticoat not only poofed it up but helped keep it from falling down as well without me having to take it in. My little says it’s not itch’y at all and that it’s very comfortable. I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend this petticoat.
