Purchased this for my Mother-in-law to wear with a special outfit to a Christmas event. I debated on going with the 20″, 21″ or the 23″ and I’m glad I went with the larger size. This scarf is 23″ and the one I purchased was a black one. The scarf’s color was consistent throughout the scarf and the chiffon didn’t have any snags or imperfections. When my MIL saw this, her eyes lit up and she couldn’t be happier; it was exactly what she was wanting. She’s asked me to order her a red one and a navy blue one to boot! I’d say this is a win!
