This poodle skirt is adorable! The felt is thick. It is great quality and put together well. My active 6 year old daughter wore it for 4 Halloween events. It has been washed twice and hasn’t pilled or shrunk.
With that said she is a size 7 and i purchased the size 8 skirt for her. The waist band fit well but the skirt went down to her calfs… even with a petticoat underneath. I had to cut about 2 inches from the bottom.
All in all, she received a ton of compliments because this poodle skirt is awesome!
