Super cute skirt, with good quality felt. My daughter will be 3 in a few months and the waist fit her, but I did stretch out the elastic a little just so it wasn’t’ such a snug fit. Great value and she looks so cute!

Nice felt material and wide elastic band. The elastic is pretty tight if your child has a tummy, it would need to be stretched out for them to be comfortable. My daughter is about 33mo 27 lbs aprox. 32″ tall in this picture and it fit just right.
